Disgusted in your employees!!

<p>I work in client relations and just getting your receptionist to transfer me to the right person to help me is a NIGHTMARE!! You ask for a person, they say please hold and just leave the phone there. This didn't happen to me once but rather SIX times in a row!! With 3 different people answering the phone! How does this make your business look? What impression are your employees giving about your company?! The least that can be said is "I'm sorry Mam but she's not available right now". UTTERLY disgusted in your employees!!</p>
