Will never fly KLM again

I was recently convinced by a friend (who last used them 2013) to fly KLM with her on a 12 hour flight. I wanted to use the competitor that I always do but was convinced to my dearest regret. The staff was not interested in the clients. I got the impression that they just wanted everyone off the plane as soon as possible...like a herd of cattle that had to be moved. The food was terrible: my friends omelette was runny whilst mine was so hard that I struggled to bite through it and actually could not figure out what it was. There was a distinct difference in what I experienced with KLM as opposed to the other airline's staff's attitudes. The worst was the uncomfortable chairs with way less space for your legs and feet. My poor friend chose to stand by the loo for about 8 hours as the person in front of her reclined her chair which left NO space for her. I see that many people are complaining about the comfort of KLM ' S seats...such a pity I didn't do my homework beforehand! After taking this up with KLM they offered us each 2000 points which is not even half of the points needed to buy a 12 Euro meal...A slap in the face. I am dreading my flight home after abeautiful holiday
