WARNING WARNING - Do Not FLY KLM

Well this is day 6 of my 7 day holiday to South Africa to visit family. Firstly my KLM flight from Dublin to Amsterdam was delayed as a result of technical issues. This caused me to miss my connection to South Africa. In Amsterdam, I was shunned to either accept an alternative fight on Egypt Air via Cairo to Johannesburg, or to wait for the next flight the following day and expected to pay for my own overnight accommodation at Schipol airport as well as a further PCR test without any compensation from the airline. If this wasn't enough, when I arrived in Johannesburg at 22H00, nearly 30 hours later, my luggage did not arrive. All week, I tried over and over to track and trace my luggage, receiving NO FEEDBACK from the airline or its respective agencies. Tomorrow, I start my return journey on the world's worst airline without my luggage or even the knowledge of it - at least I can't lose it. In short, you choose to fly on a world class airline, pay the higher fare and are treated to this most unacceptable level of customer care and support. Chose any other airline if you want basic privileges and a more pleasant travel experience - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED -Anita T****ie
