Truly horrible service

The airline does not answer their phones in order for us to book an unaccompanied minor service. When we got to the airport to check in, they refused to help us as they said there was not enough time however there was an hour and a half till the flight left after we stood in a queue for an hour. They threw their hands in the air and refused to help. We had to rebook our child's flight. All the staff had terrible attitudes and were extremely unfriendly. They blamed us for their pathetic service. If you have a ticket booked for a child which is not linked to an adult, you should have your stuff together and know he will need the service!
