There is nothing ROYAL about KLM

I bought a FLM flight just before COVID which I couldn't use. I requested a refund and KLM "approved" the refund but since then nothing else has happened. It is now over a month ago and they still have my money. I have been asking for a proof of the refund every few days and since almost 2 weeks they claim that their refund system is on "scheduled maintainance". No global airline has 2 weeks of scheduled maintainance! KLM keeps your money and then they lie to you! There is nothing ROYAL about KLM.
