****** LUGGAGE
On 2020-09-11 my daughter arrived on a repatriation flight from USA to SA. At the airport she received an email saying that her luggage is still in Amsterdam. The necessary forms was completed online. On this form KLM request the type of lock and the lock code. If not supp****, you cannot proceed. The necessary information was given. KLM's offices in SA was contaced several times. On 2020-09-12 a message was receved that the luggage will be sent to SA on a flight on 2020-09-13. After several calls and threats a message was received on 2020-09-15 that the luggage is at the airport in SA and will be delivered. On 2020-09-16 the luggage was received. With yellow seals on, which nobody at the SA call centre of KLM can tell me who put it on. NOW there is valuables missing from the luggage!!! Lots of memories down the drain. Is this correct that KLM needs lock's codes in order to open luggage for someone to *****. Worst experience ever
