Shocking customer service KLM bumped me off.

KLM bumped me off a flight. Then I had a 8.5hr delay. KLM emailed me saying they would compensate me. However it’s two months later I am still fighting to get the compensation. Their standard reply is. ITS IN PROGRESS pls be patient. My husband on the same flight got his a month ago. No one is able to assist at customer service as it’s the refund department. Worst service. And the more I read the more I hear about them bumping people off flights for no given reason. Last trip with KLM I’m done and dusted.
