Service out of this world - if only the others were this good - KLM is the best

a FANTASTIC BIG Thank YOU to the pilot and crew of Cargo flight to Lima Peru (13 December 2020). (The same plane as KL0592 (my incoming flight))

Pilot and crew ALL went completely out of their way to try and locate my wallet which I believed I lost during my incoming flight from SA. (flight 0592 JHB to AMST)

The crew almost took the business class section apart...(my seat)

But they found my wallet.

Also super impressed with the lady at the KLM Lost&Found desk. (SHIPOL AIRPORT) She immediately knew what to do (contact the gate / cleaning crew / next pilot and crew)
