Refundable tickets are not fully refundable as KLM deceive .

I booked a Refundable ticket however I now see KLM dont refund additional options . I cancelled my ticket and I am still to be charged for something meant to offset flight emissions while I wont be flying. After the fact because its not visibly shown on the ticket condiions, I now see that KLM treats Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) contributions as a voluntary environmental initiative rather than a refundable service. I was not aware that a refundable ticket does not include refunds on the SAF contribution. This cost me 600 euros and I am not even flying on what I thought was a fully refundable ticket. KLM deceived me because they seperate the air ticket cost to refundable options. I feel cheated and disgusteed with KLM devious business practices
