Refund!!

I booked a vacation from OR Thambo to Dublin and I made the booking in my married surname, but my passport is still in my ****en surname. <br> I was advised by the supervisor at KLM that I just need to pay $100 and do a name change and I will be able to board the flight. A security guard at the ticketing office kept me there for 4 hours trying to solve the problem while I was standing ready to pay for the name change.<br> The guard said I will not be able to get on that flight and that he needs to send my documentation to Dublin to get approved and he will call me the next day and that if it is approved I can get on the next flight. I left the airport at 11 that night without having any accommodation or transport for the night <br> I had a whole file of documentation with me and he didn't look at most of it. (Passport, ID, marriage certificate, accommodation bookings, return flight, letter of employment, bank statements etc.)<br> When he didn't call I went back the next night with my baggage and after they had to call him 4 times, he said he lost my number, but that I still would not be able to get on the flight.<br> I lost a lot of money on flights, transport and accommodation bookings!Not happy
