Poor I service and feedback from KLM

On the 20 October , we flew KLM their flights were delayed and we received noitification two hours before take off , we were already at the airport , by virtue of this all our connecting flights were delayed .Our experience with the manager manger was poor in fact rude and indifferent. She went on to say this is normal for KLM flights out of Johannesburg international . To date we have not heard from KLM regarding our compensation.
