On hold for over a day!

There is an error with their system which is not allowing me to change my flight details. The system provides me with a contact number and asks for me to get hold of an agent.

I have been on hold waiting to speak to someone for over a day. Every time I'm on hold for longer than 45 minutes it cuts me out and I have to start again.

How long are people going to keep using covid as an excuse for bad service.
