No personal contact

My daughter was flying KLM to Amsterdam last night. The KLM website informed her that her flight was cancelled. The OR Tambo website said the flight was delayed. It was impossible to find any clarification as to which option was correct, so she just arrived at OR Tambo and took a chance. There is no option in South Africa to speak to a human being who represents KLM and can supply information.
