MY first bad trip with KLM to Europe

I booked a flight from South Africa to Lisbon with wheelchair assistance.First, the sound on my media did not work. My seat could also not recline at all. I am 77 years old, could not sleep because of how uncomfortable it was. At the arrival I was put on a wheelchair just outside the arrival gate and left there for 30 min without assistance although it is booked on my ticket. I had to walk. According to Lisbon airport there was no request on their system. ( 2 other people in wheelchairs were also waiting to be helped ). MY first trip to Europe and what a bad experience. And then on arrival my suitcase was also missing. I am still waiting to get any feedback on that.
