Money Hungry
I am really really frustrated and very very unhappy with KLM’s service. Chrisandi is a flying blue member nr – ********** 474,so we can not get any miles for her flight to Amsterdam in January. Then she flown with Transavia and we can’t get miles for that , I attached the flight ticket. This red tape is not stated on their website for Flying blue, honestly and using the website for claiming miles just never works, it doesn’t give a reply to say it is not eligible for claiming miles. I send the proof that we tried to claim it in time but the system did not allow us to claim, so I then send the ticket, KLM just rep**** as follow: Please know that you can only claim Miles from a trip not longer than 6 months in the past. You will be able to claim Miles when the ticket is booked with a BASIC- (when a EUR5.00 supplement has been paid), PLUS- or FLEX fare and when it has been booked directly via www.transavia.com. Travel agent bookings are not eligible. More information can be found via: http://klmf.ly/1KQ1jcW. As Transavia is not a SkyTeam member, you will not earn Level Miles and the flight will not be considered a qualifying flight. You can claim your missing Miles for Transavia flights via our website: http://klmf.ly/2hurvD6.
The ticket was booked directly from Transavia and on time and I did explain it like that but who ever handles facebook messenger doesn’t give a rats ass. See the ticket attached. Where does one see what type of ticket it is and that it doesn’t apply to whatever rule? I see the HV on Chrisandi’s ticket so why in the world could we not claim our miles??????
Then in JUly the check in bagg allowance changed to 2 check in baggs but we can't get another bagg unless we pay and you just stick to your story again copy and paste, She visited all the museums in the Netherland but never kept the tickets so we can’t claim miles for that either.
We just get nowhere and KLM does everything they can to not assist us in any way. Can you guys be this hard up for money? The kids tickets are booked by a travel agent before they fly to Netehrland then we have to change the date and pay the fee for the change. Now that we re-issued her ticket in July 2017 KLM just refuse to give us 2 check in baggs and the same old message is what I get.
How is that possible at all. I really did inform Nedsa to not make use of the travel agents and inform them to not make use of KLM anymore and I am now going to Hello Peter, I posted on your facebook page to no avail, the message just get copied and pasted all the time to me, there is no personal service at all.
