KLM Terrible service

Cannot believe the appalling service (not) provided by KLM on their online booking system I do not have their frequent flyer service and am able to check in online. My partner does have this ‘service’ and therefore cannot be checked in online because they need an extra document check. Once you’ve been stupid enough to add the flying blue number, their supremely un user friendly website will not allow you to remove it.
