KLM superb airline

KLM went out of their way on recent flights to the Netherlands (KL592 on 12 July and KL592 on 16 July 2021, all returning together on flight KL591 on 1 August 2021). The staff and especially Yvonne, were amazing and very supportive, as we had to fly urgently for a funeral.
