KLM *******!

<p>KML what a *******! Prior to booking our flights to France I check each airline’s policy regarding the transport of bicycles. At that stage the KLM web site proclaimed that they treat bicycles as a normal suitcase and there were no extra charges for transporting bicycles. On this grounds we proceeded to book our airline tickets with KML even though Emirates Airlines offers flight substantially cheaper. Now as we are getting ready for departure it appears this is no longer true. KLM are now charging us $400 for transporting our bicycles to France and back. I feel truly **********! Not only are we paying an additional $400 but we also paid substantially more for the airline tickets which we believed would not incur any additional costs. </p>
