KLM - refusing refund or issue of ticket after payment. Trying to take more funds out my account without my permission

I purchased a ticket on the 11 April today is the 23 April not only do i not have my ticket I also can't seem to get them to process a refund. Its been over 2 weeks still nothing I can't get hold of a supervisor or manager to assist me no one knows how to do their job.. not only that but they have been trying to process the money for my ticket with out my person a few times now yet they have the money for the ticket so they trying to charge me twice.

If anyone has an email or knows a route please can you assist me I am at a loss here.

I wouldn't recommend klm even as a last resort STAY AWAY from this airline. There is zero service here. 😑 if I was the CEO of this company I would be embarrassed 😳
