KLM Negligence Responsible for Family Member's Death

The negligence of KLM caused the death of my family member, my dog, who had travelled around the world with me for 15 years. Their regulations find it acceptable to have allowed my dog to go for a minimum of 11 hours and a maximum of 14 hours without being given water. Their employees... I mean their customer care managers in Nairobi and Mos*** have **** to me, hung up the phone, refused to give me details of what investigations they were supposedly doing, believed lies told to them by staff, promised to send me details and contacts and never sent them and not taken any responsibility at all for the fact that my dog died due to severe dehydration because he was refused water by KLM staff.

It is absolutely despicable that an already traumatic situation has been made much more stressful by KLM's complete disregard for the humane care and comfort of my dog in an already stressful situation for him. Their treatment of me has been completely inefficient and unprofessional.

Please share this with everyone you know so that no one else will have to go through what I have been through and lose a family member due to KLM's negligence. Do not trust KLM to transport your beloved pets!!!!
