KLM discriminates against vegans

Although the flight was comfortable the meal service is poor. Its complicated to make meal choices online and there are no vegan options on short haul flights so while all the other passengers are eating a hot meal the vegan passengers are left with nothing. They also didn't produce a wheelchair for my mother despite pre booking and double checking before the flight so she was forced to walk long distances. Complaints to them have never been acknowledged.
