KLM are employing ***** marketing tactics - sales which cannot be accessed

Seems KLM are employing ***** marketing tactics - advertising 30% reduction in ticket prices in Kenya for one day only in the evening - when the only was to pay for the tickets and secure the discount is in person at the local office before it shuts at 5pm on the same day...! Contacted KLM to raise the problem, was told this was an error but no discount provided...not impressed.
