KLM Airlines unreachable

We booked online tickets to travel overseas and paid with our credit cards. The first booking rep**** "cancelled" and therefore we immediately booked another ticket with the reply "confirmed". Later on, we saw on our bank statement that KLM claimed for the cancelled as well as the confirmed booking. Then our problems started. How on earth do you get in contact with KLM? They do not have a contact number, They do not reply to your emails and the number for all airlines at OR Tambo. I have sent all the correspondence and proof of booking "confirmed" as well as booking "cancelled" to no avail. What can I do?
