KLM Airlines

They overbook flights, in this case a business class flight from Amsterdam to Joberg KL591. They put the passenger (who paid for bussines class) in economy class and give the passenger a customer care phone number. That's where it stops. Customer care does not want to acknowledge the facts and refuses to pay a refund. Do not fly KLM, if anything goes wrong they don't compensate and compared to Emirates they are way below the standard anyway.
