KLM airlines

After KLM delayed our flight from Cape Town we missed our connection to Panama City...now they have abandoned us at Schipol airport until 22h00 tonight with NOTHING but a 'we're sorry'. Well KLM that does not do anything for me, my 67 year old husband and 2 children!!! Abysmal, disgraceful and typical@#$"
