KLM airline - WORST AIRLINE EVER

We booked a repatriation flight with KLM for my aunt due to a family death in Madeira, Portugal

The flight from CPT was delayed due to apparent technical difficulties... No fault of the passenger yet connecting flight from lisbon to Funchal was missed and that was a whole other fight as KLM was meant to transport my aunt from Cape Town to Amsterdam then from Amsterdam to Lisbon

Horrible experiences what my aunt went through and then we eventually get a response regarding compensation which we still do not have!!!! It's been almost a month and we do not have the refund/compensation to date.....

Our loved one we lost is buried already and fighting, back and forth on email with KLM is exhausting.. Don't say something to a customer and then it doesn't feature.....

KLM is the worst airline I've had to deal with... Worst customer service too, quick to take your money but take forever to respond to a customer....
