Double charged

I was debited 4 times by Air France. The first amount was for the agreed price of the ticket. The following 3 debits amounted to more than the agreed price. After complaining, the first debit was reversed, and I had therefore been charged a higher amount than I had been quoted. I called back at 15:30 and was told that there was nothing they could do as the accounts department had gone home. I was promised a call back the following day (ie today). I have not received the call, and will have to follow up again.
