Don't fly KLM

Don't fly KLM at the moment. Spent hours waiting in airports with numerous delays. My luggage took 15 days to get to me after I left Europe. Spent 2 weeks trying to get through to people that could help. Bags arrived damaged. Ended up spending additional money in Europe to purchase essentials. Still waiting for KLM to reimburse. Its been more than 3 weeks. Will never fly KLM again.
