Do NOT book with KLM

I have booked two seperate trips with KLM.

On each occasion, they have cancelled my flight. On the last occassion, I asked what options I had available as they didn't have a suitable option except if I reschedule my flight for the week before.

I advised that there was a BA flight available that was better suited. I was told that I could request compensation due to the disruption. And that is what I did.

Firstly they told me to wait u til after my trip, again which I did. Now after my trip they have refused compensation.

I now understand that I could've cancelled, had a full refund and booked BA. But they ****med me into changing my flight.

KLM are cheats and underhanded ******. Do NOT book with them.
