Costumer service is not working

I have been calling KLM costumers service lone for over a week to change a booking. I stay on line for over 20 minutes and still can’t get though to a consultant. The rebooking service online also isn’t working, retrieving no flights on future dates. I’m at risk of losing my flight and money due to faulty systems.
