BAD SERVICE and Refuse to Refund Return Ticket as i wont be using service

<p>I would like to cancel my return ticket with KLM due to bad service from KLM, my Booking code is 5NAMHJ<br />Your agent says my ticket is non refundable and i Should put in a claim, I am not happy with this as I purchased the Ticket online, <br />No where on my Booking info does it say the ticket is non refundable, and no where on my physical Ticket does it state it is non refundable, When i left South Africa i Personally weighed my bags before taking it to Check in, At the check in i was told my bags where over weight and had to throw away clothing to Get it under the limit, I tried to explain to the Person running the so called Calibrated scale that they are incorrect, She would not even listen and continued to joke to other passengers to my expense, I had to verbally warn this Lady that if she doesnt stop mocking me the would be an issue. I had to actually throw away Clothing etc, Finally got to the check in side and what do you know i was under the weight limit and it was less then the limit show by the Calibrated scale.... On the flight the KLM Service team was actually rude and the food was not good at all. and tasted Stale. This whole experience was actually unsettling.</p> <p>I refuse to use KLM on my return and expect a refund Due to Lack of Service and Being made a joke of myself by your klm Staff at OR Thambo.</p> <p>Kind regards</p>
