Avoid to stay sane!

Absolutely the worst experience with an airline ever. Had to quickly fly to Germany when my dad suddenly passed away. Arrived in Hannover, no luggage! Had to buy necesities and clothes to get by. They said they would phone - nothing. Phoning their offices - no answer. Sent emails, no reply. 2 Days prior to my return, the suitcase gets dumped outside the temporary address at which I was no longer. Had to make arrangements to retrieve it. Had in the interim bought new lsuitcases, as well as clothes etc. Tried phoning - no answer, Email - no response. Got bacjk to South Africa, having had t make other arrangements to now get the original suitcase back here at my expense. NO AGENT in Sourh Africa.

Eventually filled out a claim online and got a refernce number. 3 weeks no reply.

Multiole emails to them - no reply.

Absolute;y invompetent ****** in my opinion.

AVOID at all costs for your mental sanity.
