Appalling Service from KLM Refunds Department

Absolutely shocking service! Flight cancelled on 1st December 2021 by the airline themselves and all requests for a refund have been met with absolute silence! Only receive automated messages to emails, when you call the call centre you get told that you must just wait. No lead time given, just wait!
