Apalling service after they lost my luggage

My luggage has been missing for 6 days now. KLM was my chosen airline and rebooked my flights after they cancelled the flight due to staff. My luggage got lost in the process. No one is helping me! Everyone is just shifting blame. You would think if you chose the airline which was voted best airline you would get amazing service! But no!!!! This is the worst experience ever and such an inconvenience and no one is assisting me in going through this!
