AF/KLM incompetence

Niece flies in via Paris. Suitcase get lost in Paris. Support system is absolutly useless. Got to fork out 5k to help out and AF/KLM take no resposibily for their outsourced incompetence. They had no problem to take the 24k when I booke the flight though.
