8 WEEKS FOR A REFUND

Air France. I am appalled with your turnaround time for a refund. On 19 August (16:43pm), I booked a flight to Paris. For personal reasons I had to cancel the following morning (20th). The payment hadn't even reflected on your system yet. I was advised that because I was cancelling within 24 hours there would be no cancellation fees however I was informed that the refund of my money R12 415.44 would take up to 8 weeks to be returned to me. THIS IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST and if you don't speed up the return of my funds, I will NOT HESITATE to report you to the CPA. I look forward to this being amicably resolved as soon as possible.
