Terrible service from Air France

Stay away! We booked and paid for two specific reserved Economy Comfort seats. This was changed, and we were separated without informing us. When we tried to get two seats together again, we were booked into normal economy seats. We had to convince the agent that these were not Economy Comfort seats. We still don't have two seats next to each other.

On my previous Air France flight the people next to us had exactly the same problem. It seems Air France does not understand the concept of a reserved seat, although they are quite happy to make you pay for it.
