Terrible service - Air France Airline

<p>Victim of surbooking last night in Cape Town.</p> <p>Have to wait hours for nothing.</p> <p>No excuse, poor service , no solution proposed . </p> <p>We had to find by ourself the best option to go to Paris !</p> <p>and they propose150 euro to forget and forgive ( the parking cost only was 795 rands,not even mentionning the hotel space we lose in Paris - already paid for, ...............) </p> <p>Ridiculous !</p> <p> </p> <p>Check twice before selecting your airline!</p> <p> </p>
