Refund for Cancelled flight

Had a flight cancelled in 2023 and been struggling for more than a year to obtain a refund. Service centre or any sense of customer service is non existent. Have not come across a single person who seems to know what they are doing or is able or even willing to help. Has to be one of the worst experiences.
