NEVER EVER FLY AIR FRANCE - WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD

I flew from Malta to Paris and then onto Johannesburg over the past weekend and landed in Johannesburg on Sunday 3rd August It is now some 5 days later and my luggage is no where to be found, but what makes things worse is that the Air France Helpdesk is the most rude helpdesk I have ever experienced in my life I got given a Reference Code on Sunday on my arrival and on numerous attempts to locate my luggage - the agents had no idea where my luggage was - they closed my ticket A new ticket got opened and I was advised that my luggage had arrived at the airport only to find out on a one hour drive to OR Tambo that it was not at the airport, and no one knows where it is I have reached out to senior people at Air France on linkedin and no one has helped me, I have lodged a compensation refund of which I have no update and on calling the call centre on numerous occasions I have not been assisted at all I am due to fly back to Malta this weekend and I can guarantee that my luggage will not be with me - I will NEVER fly Air France in my life again
