Missing Luggage Issue - AirFrance

<p>I travelled from Israel to France and from France to OR Tambo International. On arrival in South Africa I waitied 1 hour for my luggage and after all the luggage arrived mine didn't. A person from there checked for me and advised me that my luggage did not arrive. I have to complete forms and was assured someone would be in contact with me in the next day. This was on 12 January, we are now on 20 January and I still have no news on my luggage. When I call and I am lucky if someone answers, I am told to phone back the next day. This is completely unacceptable. This is a wellknown airline and also respected around the world, everyone should be aware of all the complaints on Hello Peter and think twice before booking through Air France!!!! #VeryDissapointedCustomer</p>
