Air france took my money did not issue tickets!

I had a hold for my tickets for payment on monday the 24th of July, I called them to make my payment via eft they agreed and sent me banking details, they then said my tickets would be issued, I paid 137 050.86 for 2 business class tickets needless to say they then later said sorry the payment didnt go through despite it going off my fnb account, i had to buy another set of tickets without them giving me my money back! They ignore emails and when you call no one can tell me when my money will be credited back to me! they are such ****mers DONOT book with this airline!!!!!!
