Air France Ticket ****

*******! I recently upgraded 5 tickets from economy class to bussiness class for a flight between Paris and Jhb.I paid EUR 3000 for the upgrade.Just prior to boarding we were advised theseats are no longer available and we were back in economy class..Back in SA in submitted a claim to refund the EUR 3000.I was advised this morning that he refund was refused with explenation. The basically stole the EUR 3000 from me.be aware of this **** by Air france.
