Air France the worst airline ever

Air France are arrogant , elusive and ***********. One cannot understand that a passenger flies to Hamburg via Paris on Air France and his luggage is still sitting in Paris since the 28th of December. Unable to talk to anyone who will help being passed from number to number to no avail. Worst service ever experienced.
