Air France terrible

Left a toiletry bag with prescription spectacles and contact lenses on flight AF0990 arriving at OT 8 am on the 3rd of April. Terrible customer care service and unable to get through when calling the given numbers. Then went to airport to ask about lost and found and they said nothing was handed in. So what does Air France do with items left on their planes? I am very distressed as the SPECTACLES are a minus 14 prescription and I can not see without my spectacles when I do not have my lenses in. Come on Air France , this is terrible, you do not look after your passengers if you cannot return left behind items.
