Air France suggestions are not to help their customers

I booked via KLM. I got pushed to Air France. I tried to move my flight, the site wasn't working. Then I tried via an agent, and they refused to acknowledge any flights that cost less than double. I eventually needed to refund my flight because, although I could find flights for LITERALLY R3 more, they wouldn't assist, so I was told to request the refund.

Later on, Spain moved their travel restrictions out further, so I Contacted Air France, because, once again the site kept giving an error message explaining that the issue was in Air France's site, and was told once again to refund.

Come to find that you're *****ing my money and only wanting to only refund the tax.

And then when I call, I press 9, and the operator only speaks French. So I WhatsApp the WhatsApp line, and they give me an South African based number, that doesn't exist.

I am appalled by the terrible customer service
