Air France NOT in the air

22/12 flight AF0995 cxd at midnight after knowing ofa technical problem at 4pm already. My issue is the total lack of communication and ORT Desk staff laughing in passengers faces. A first ever ski t******* to a disastrous start with alternate flights chaos/connecting schedules / transfers to resorts and at least a days paid vacation lost. AF staff just don’t care.
