Air France is useless!

Do I have to give them 1 star? You cannot email them, their virtual assistant is useless & I have been waiting for over 30 min for someone to answer my call!! My son flew to Colombia from Cape Town & they have subsequently unilaterally changed his return flights twice. Their last effort returns him to Jhb - not Cape Town?
