Air France Does not care

Dropped off a friend at OR Tambo Airport for an 18h00 flight. Ticket was booked with seat confirmation for a direct flight to Paris. On arrival at the Passenger was bumped off the flight to a KLM flight with stop over with no explanation. Arrived 7 hours later than the original flight. No email address on website
