AIR FRANCE- Dishonesty/lying on AIR FRANCE's part: When trying to book extra legroom you get a seat more to the front!!!! NOT EXTRA LEGROOM

On 30 December we checked in on AIR FRANCE Flight no: KQ3732 : 19:45 from Paris-CDG to Nairobi and connecting from Nairobi to Johaanesburg International. Both my husband and my son have very long legs and need extra legspace. Departing from SA I booked extra legroom on both flights on Kenya AIRWAYS. Coming back I could book only on the Nairobi flight to Johannesburg. Eventually I managed to log into FLIGHT KQ3732 leaving for Nairobi. On the cabin plan I the selected EXTRA LEGROOM seats. NOW for the surprise and the BS that AIR FRANCE sold us as EXTRA LEGROOM.As we boarded the plain we were not in front seats but 3rd row from front. We were told that we booked seats more to the front???? not extra legroom. We complained on board and the chief stewart on board came to talk to us and said he also logged a complaint, but we never received a copy of this complaint??NOW I want to know this rationale- I want extra LEGROOM- EXTRA LEGROOM but they give us a seat in the 3rd row- NO LEGROOM! Really??? **** excuse to say people book seats more to the front to get out quicker??? Honestly? What BS. AIR FRANCE- This is VERY dishonest and I find it unacceptable that we are sold a lie!
